The following provisions constitute the current Data Privacy Policy issued for using the payment services offered provided by Money+Card digital platforms (in the following “website”). We refer to services offered through the website (in the following “Services”), provided by Money+Card Payment Institution Limited, a company incorporated under the Laws of Malta (in the following “Money+Card, we, us, our”). There are two types of data that we need to collect from you which are Personal Data and Non-Personal Data. 

“Personal Data” is any type of information that identifies you or can be used to identify you as an individual. By signing up for a payment account, you expressly acknowledge and agree with that we may collect, store and process the following Personal Data related to you such as your full name, date of birth, address, email address, phone number, payment account details and your IP address:

Transaction details for all types of transactions you make. 

We may use your Personal Data to send you information by SMS or email relating to our products and services that may be of interest to you or similar products and services to those you have previously purchased from Money+Card. 

As is the case with most other Payment Institutions, Money+Card gathers information for statistical and analytical purposes, which is known as Non­Personal Data. Therefore, non­personal data is information that cannot be used to identify or contact you. The data we collect and process in these regards includes the type of browser you use and other statistical data relating to the use of the website and our services. Information may also include content you view, such as which operator and country, the date and time that you view this content. 

Non-Personal Data is needed by Money+Card because it is always looking to improve the website, Platforms and Apps and related services in order to provide you as the customer with the best experience possible. We always strive to deepen our understanding of where our customers come from, what they appreciate and what parts of Money+Card that can be improve on collecting and processing the above specified data is an important if not vital mean of achieving this objective. 

You acknowledge and agree with that we may use this Personal Data for the following: 

  • To enable us to help you execute/process your transaction that you have requested and to process any payment connected with such orders.
  • To contact you if required in relation to the order that you have sent or to reply to any communications that you from time to time might send to us.
  • To provide you with information on products or services that might interest you.
  • To notify you about any changes to the website/platform or services, including updates to this policy.
  • To ensure that content on the website/platform is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer or device.
  • To provide you with highest level of customer care we possibly can.

Money+Card does not sell or share your Personal Data or Non-Personal Data with subsidiary companies or third parties for marketing or for profit purposes. 

Money+Card stores all data electronically on secured servers. The servers and subsequently the data can only be accessed by trained professionals under contract with Money+Card i.e. employees or consultants. The physical location of the servers is highly confidential and the servers can only be physically accessed by or together with chosen members of the Money+Card management team.

A cookie allows a website to distinguish your computer from other users’ computers. Normally cookies do not contain Personal Data unless you have already given this information to the website.
